Day 1 & 2 Download – Oceanology International 2026 – Connecting the global ocean technology community.

Protecting, securing and defending our sea and sub-sea infrastructure and environment, was a major point for discussion for Copper Turtle over the last few days.

With Chris Wardman being fully submerged in supporting our client ELWAVE on their stand, I paced the floor to explore new technologies and connect with both my existing network and new connections.

Key highlights:

The global launch of the National Centre for Maritime Autonomy
Meeting Gary BAGOT and understanding the fantastic non-acoustic sensor technology from ELWAVE
Meeting Daniel Roscoe-Hudson, and getting to grips with the technology from SBG Systems

Great to see Gordon Meadow CMarTech FIMarEST (we still a proper catch up), Darrin Laishley, Charn Richardson, Richard T., Steve Randall MIExpE (been too long), James Fairbairn, Isabel Farquharson-Howell and Natalie Gillard.
