Fabulous few hours engaging with Chris Oliver

Fabulous few hours engaging with Chris Oliver, ex Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Operator, now also known for his DS role on SAS Who Dares Wins.

No content spoilers, suffice to say, if you get the opportunity to spend time with him, seize it!

I did ask Chris his views on how uncrewed systems were changing the landscape for Defence and whether this could help to attract the younger generation into different skilled roles? He shares an interesting view that defence will struggle to match the pay compared to corporate roles in this space. An interesting challenge to mull over Chris Wardman!

Great to meet you Jess Martin from Gill Sensors & Controls. As always, good to spend time with Graham Seddon and the team from ABP Technologies. (sorry no photo, it wasn't a good one )

Huge thanks to Karen Winwood, and Holt Recruitment Group Ltd (Holt Engineering Recruitment Ltd) for the invite.
