Giving military and blue light veterans with PTSD a helping hand, well ok, a paw!

Today, I had the absolute pleasure to join Bryan Maddams and Ferris to visit RNAS Yeovilton, HMS Heron, to talk about what Service Dogs UK do, and how that's a whole lot more than just a paw!

Each dog becomes part of a person’s life, providing vital support every day, as well as being a trusted companion.

Delighted to be invited by Toby Crispin, we presented to an audience of about 100 Royal Naval Reserve, and I had the opportunity to talk about my experience as a volunteer. Lots of engagement, questions and real-life stories.

And, what a beautiful surprise and honour to receive a HMS Pegasus coin.

Thank you Chris Wardman for holding the fort a Copper Turtle HQ!
