Why were we in Plymouth?

Why were we in Plymouth? SWRDSC event, links to the National Centre for Marine Autonomy, or a client meeting?

They say, “the answers you seek never come when the mind is busy, they come when the mind is still". So, that’s why Copper Turtle was in Plymouth. Taking quality time out of our busy schedules to still our minds and focus on the business, something we make sure we do every 3 months without fail.

An amazing, energetic, 48 hours, focused on what we do with our clients:

· Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values – a lot has changed in the last two years, so it is important to make sure you have a clear direction of travel

· Goals and boundaries – what do we want to achieve as a business, and personally, but also, how we care for our physical and mental health

· Tools and time – what will make us more efficient, more streamlined, and give us spare capacity to ensure we do carve out our ‘pay yourself first’ time

· Shop window – completing the storyboard to be clear about what our website will look like when we launch in January 2026

· Brand growth – a slightly new look is coming in 2026, and we’d like your help in growing our following on LinkedIn (12) Copper Turtle: Overview | LinkedIn

· Launch plans – our online Turtle Toolbox™ will be available to subscribe from early 2026

· Product plans – progress with the design of Pandora™

Mentally exhausting, 1000% rewarding, some walk and talk to keep us healthy, and some two-way challenge and importantly, lots of laughter along the way.

Chris Wardman – I am proud of what we have achieved, and despite missing your ‘workiversary’ recently, it’s been one heck of a year working together and Copper Turtle would not be what it is today without you by my side. Now go lie down in a dark room lol!
